Long Shelf Life 12 Months 300ml Clear Building Silicone Sealant
Prosper JS-9031 Building Silicone is a neutral curing, low modulus silicone sealant with excellent adhesion and long shelf life for perimeter sealing and glazing and sanitary applications. It cures at room temperature under the action of atmospheric moisture to give a permanently flexible silicone rubber.
Applications :
- Suitable for sealing metal lap joints in roofing, guttering and cladding applications
- Suitable for sealing glazing and sanitary applications.
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
- Suitable for most common building materials such as aluminium, galvanized and zinc-coated steel, painted surfaces, glass, brick, and concrete.

Installation Notes:
Bonding surfaces should be clean, dry and free from all contamination that may inhibit the sealant’s performance. Isopropyl alcohol is an effective cleaner for surface preparation. Please contact customer service for application guidelines for temperatures below 32 degrees F (0 degrees C). Maintain sealant at room temperature before application to ensure adequate tooling and adhesion. This product sets rapidly upon exposure to moisture.
Storage Condition:
Below 25 ℃ cool dry and ventilated place, avoid high temperature
Shelf life: 12 month stored in cool and dry place. (+5 ℃-25 ℃).
